Brainstorm Program

The brainstorm program is for the client who finds value and needs help from a professional but for whatever reason can't have our team on-site for their wedding day! This client has to be willing to do the legwork. We partner with you and do some foundational work behind the scenes. We will also provide helpful tips, advice and resources, but you will have homework because we can only do our part if you are willing to do yours.

We start our brainstorm sessions off by evaluating where you are in the planning process with our custom planning checklist. This allows us to work behind the scenes and determine if you are on the right track or if we need to pivot a focus on something that takes precedence.

In conjunction, we are also focused on your simplified timeline this way you have a document to share with your vendors that will keep the information provided to them consistent. You will have access to our state-of-the-art digital portal to house all of the documents we provide as well as all of your vendor contracts. At the appropriate time we will create your full day timeline, which will set the tone for a successful wedding day

This is the only service we offer that has a preset investment. The invest is $1,350. That price does not fluctuate based upon guest count, budget or anything else. We have already created a roadmap to structure our scope of work so we are not “starting” investment at $1,350, investment is $1,350.
