Do you offer “day-of coordination”(doc)?
Yes and no. We do offer coordination services on the day of, but that’s not all we do.
We offer a service called Event Management, which is very similar to what many refer to as “day-of coordination”, but better! We chose not to use the term “doc”, simply because it implies that we are just working on your wedding day only, and we’re not. There is no way we could show up on the day of your wedding and be anything more than a guest. We have to plan ahead and prepare for your big day in order for it to be everything you hoped it would be. Following is our process for event management:
Phase 1: Simply Onboarding
We want to make sure you are on the right track, so when the time comes for you to hand things over to us, it is a very seamless transition.
We’ll get you setup in our highly-developed planning system so we can assess what works needs to be done and priority level. We will provide custom planning documents that will help you continue to plan your wedding on your own but with the help of an expert.
Phase 2: Wrap up + Coordination
Now that you’ve planned such an amazing wedding, it’s time to execute on your plans.
You’ll pass the baton over to us so we can finish the race. We start with a transition phase where you introduce us to your vendors and then we’ll assume communication.
Once we are hands-on we’ll focus on your timeline, coordinating ceremony details and making sure your wedding day is the best.day.ever!
